It has three dimensions:
1. Quanity of ICT use as a percentage of learning time
2. Focus of ICT; what is planned to be achieved: IT, Learning tool or Other (filler or drill type activity), and
3. Mode - the affect on learning or process of learning.
One further point to consider is the link that this framework has to the EduDoggy. I imagine that by using the CPF to help plan lessons, it is one way to stop the tail from wagging the education dog; that is, to keep the learning before technology where it belongs.
