Digital Photography in the Classroom

This week in my EDC3100 course we are focusing on digital photography so after putting in "digital photography middle school" into Google search, I came across this page that is a How-to and Ideas PDF for using digital photography in your classroom. An idea that I liked was to have students take photos to create an ABC book or shape book. They can be annotated and published for resources in the younger grades. There are lots of ideas that are worth looking at.

I was interested in looking at what other people have blogged about photography in the classroom and Ashley wrote about Flicker after a "What's your weather like" activity that we completed this week.In the comments, some ideas for the classroom are listed, including a couple of my own.
